The Job:
As a Maintenance Engineer Manager, you'll be part of our Global Functions & Enablers team working as an onsite employee. You'll get to:
  • Lead and manage the maintenance/machinists and engineering team.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
  • Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure rapid response to equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing operations and process improvements.
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance staff on new equipment, technologies, and safety protocols.
  • Lead projects focused on equipment upgrades, installations, and plant expansions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the maintenance department.

The Person:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
  • 7+ years of combined experience in manufacturing maintenance and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability engineering, and equipment troubleshooting. Professional certifications such as Certified Maintenance * Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Working knowledge of Lean concepts and other continuous improvement methodologies.
