BGIS is currently seeking a Critical Facility Engineer (Controls Monitoring/Alarms) to join the team in Harwood, ND.

Position Summary: 
The Critical Facility Engineer is responsible for maintaining important mechanical, electrical and control systems in a critical environment facility. Key job activities include delivering timely and quality client service while providing a sustainable approach to data center systems maintenance. The Critical Facility Engineer demonstrates BGIS values daily in communication with the client and other team members. 
Key Duties & Responsibilities: 
Client Service Focus
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external clients. 
Complete client service requests in a timely manner. 
Respond to emergency calls. 
Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned.
Maintain Data Center Systems
Perform maintenance to ensure the highest level of efficiency without disruption to the business. 
Complete routine maintenance tasks in accordance with BGIS Safety Policy and Procedures.
Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions. 
Troubleshoot, evaluate, and recommend system upgrades.
Order parts and supplies for maintenance and repairs. 
Request proposals for outsourced work. 
Monitor vendors and contractors to ensure their work meets BGIS and client standards. 
Accurate and timely completion of work order requests. 
Escalate issues to Critical Environment Facility Manager as needed.Â
