Job description

POSITION:
  • Controls Engineer
LOCATION:
  • Columbus, OH or Cleveland, OH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prior experience as Applications Engineer or similar position
  • Create, design, and manage BAS systems and architecture using AutoCAD or BlueBeam
  • Develop Sequence of Operations for each project
  • Order parts for technicians and coordinate delivery with multiple vendors
  • Create of Bill of Materials
  • Fundamental understanding of programming or basic troubleshooting of existing programs
  • Visit customer sites to perform job walks
  • Lead and develop detailed automation data and designs and prepare them for submittals
  • Ensure controls designs for the project are delivered on time and efficiently
  • Light programming experience with Tridium front ends
  • Help and support controls programmers, Controls Techs, and Salespeople
