Engine Tech I - Texas Speed Location
This position is responsible for the Engine Department support as listed below for Texas Speed and
Performance.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assembles Rocker Arm Sets
  • Responsible for all Rocker Arm assembly components and boxes
  • Engine Tear Down Process (Label components and maintain traceability)
  • Visual Inspection of all blocks from start to finish
  • Wash and clean parts as required
  • Assist in inventory as required
  • Keep Tear Down / Rocker Arm area clean and free of trash
  • Assist with picking parts as required
  • Rod Honing
  • Maintains positive working relationships with manufacturing personnel and other staff members to support a positive workplace environment.
  • Responsible for implementing and enforcing industry standard safety procedures throughout the block department.
  • Performs and executes all other duties assigned by direct manager.
