Position Overview
The Travel Care Coordinator supports clients throughout the travel planning process by assisting with coordination, communication, and travel-related support. This role focuses on providing organized and responsive service while helping ensure travel details are managed accurately and efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel planning support and reservation coordination
  • Communicate travel updates, confirmations, and itinerary information
  • Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support modifications and adjustments to travel arrangements as needed
  • Maintain organized records of client communication and travel plans
  • Collaborate with travel partners and vendors regarding reservations and scheduling
Qualifications
