Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manufacturing Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is technically proficient, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with complex equipment, CNC systems, and high‑precision manufacturing processes. This role supports daily operations, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain optimal production performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate, maintain, and monitor manufacturing and production equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Set up equipment, complete changeovers, and make machine adjustments to meet production requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, CNC, or automation-related issues; perform basic repairs or coordinate additional support.
• Perform quality checks, measurements, and inspections using precision tools to ensure components meet required specifications.
• Document production data, downtime, equipment performance, and quality metrics.
• Assist in root-cause analysis efforts and support corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Follow established SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to support process improvements and equipment reliability.
• Maintain tools, materials, spare parts, and work areas in an organized, efficient manner.
• Train new technicians or operators on equipment processes, safety procedures, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, machining, or assembly environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Skills)
SolidWorks experience for viewing, interpreting, or supporting mechanical design files.
Mastercam experience, especially in CNC programming or tooling support.
Experience with DMG MORI machines, including setup, operation, or troubleshooting.
Automotive industry experience, particularly on engine or transmission manufacturing lines.
• Basic exposure to PLCs, automation systems, robotics, or CNC machine control interfaces.
