Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully read drawings and procedures.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with standard and customized tools.
  • Works within assembly stations and with cranes, process equipment, computer controls, and custom fixtures.
  • Cleans parts in the machine shop.
  • Continuously trains on new equipment or new processes within the teamwork structure with limited supervision.
  • Works with paper, oil, gaskets, aluminum, copper, steel, epoxy compounds, glass, sealants, ink, ammonia, lower supports, lower porcelain, flanges, upper porcelain, top terminals, bowls, foil, spring assembly, lead solder paste.
  • Able to perform repetitive fast-paced assembly work to meet deadlines.
