Job description

TRIGO is currently looking for a full-time Post-Assembly Repair Technicians to join our Grovetown, Georgia team!

The pay range for this opportunity is $23.00-$27.00 per hour and shift hours are 6am- 2:30pm.

Overall Purpose

The Post-Assembly Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing defects or non-conformances in completed agricultural tractor assemblies. This role ensures all diagnostics and repairs are completed on time and in accordance with customer delivery expectations. Work is performed in a factory environment and requires collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

(To include but not limited to the following)

Customer Relationship & Business Development

  • Build strong working relationships with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and customer representatives.

Operations

  • Maintain detailed records of labor, parts, and repairs.
  • Participate in discussions and meetings regarding material rework methods.
  • Ensure 5S principles are followed within work area.
  • Collaborate with the customer quality team to investigate issues and provide data for root cause analysis.

Organization & Management

  • Coordinate with relevant parties to collect data and resolve quality concerns.
  • Review work orders and consult with clients, peers, and supervisors as needed.
  • Advise customers on work performed, current status of repair, vehicle condition, and future repair needs.

Technical

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical failure modes in engines, axles, and vehicle systems.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble agricultural tractors and related equipment.
  • Perform post-repair testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and proper function.
  • Inspect, sort, and rework components using appropriate measuring tools and inspection techniques.
  • Test electrical components and wiring using soldering tools and meters.
