Designing engines by using SolidWorks. Prepare assembly & part level drawing for production, prepare nesting files. Perform quality checks; Gather historical data , analyze for design updates. Mold flow analysis, maintain project database. Responsible for making modeling & detailing of different types of casting, forging, sheet metal components of engine assembly. Work with engine cross functional team, component validation, proto test, noise test, engine tests, fuel consumption test and component release process. Work on concept design, cost optimization, large assembly, create manufacturing drawing. Create 3D CAD models.

Reqd: MS in Mechanical Eng +1 yr of exp orBS in Mech Eng +5 yrs of exp.
