SUMMARY:
The Engagement Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering programs that enhance onboarding experience, strengthen employee connection, and improve retention across InPwr. This role blends execution with ownership by translating employee insights into meaningful experiences that reinforce InPwrs culture and drive measurable engagement outcomes. You significantly contribute to InPwrs culture by supporting the companys distinction as a Top Workplace and its Build it Better Approach.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Onboarding Experience & Program Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience.
  • Design and continuously improve onboarding programs based on feedback, retention trends, and business needs.
  • Partner with HR, hiring managers, and L&D to ensure role readiness and early productivity.
  • Establish onboarding success metrics (e.g., early turnover, new hire satisfaction).

Orientation Strategy & Design

  • Lead and evolve new hire orientation to reflect company growth, culture, and business priorities.
  • Facilitate orientation sessions and ensure a consistent, high-impact experience.
  • Analyze feedback and refine content, structure, and delivery methods.

Employee Engagement & Culture Programs

  • Design and execute engagement strategies that support both field and corporate teams.
  • Lead initiatives tied to recognition, connection, and employee experience moments that matter.
  • Partner with Marketing and leadership to amplify engagement programs and cultural storytelling.

Employee Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and analyze employee feedback (surveys, onboarding feedback, informal insights).
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Track and report on key engagement metrics.

Events & Strategic Initiatives

  • Contribute to large-scale engagement efforts (e.g., Annual Summit) with both execution and experience design input.
  • Support development of new programs aligned with workforce needs and company growth.
  • Other job duties as assigned based on the changing needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES :

  • 35+ years of experience in employee engagement, onboarding, HR programs, or related areas.

Working/ Environment/ Physical Demandsto successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
