Job Title: Engagement Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 6 months CTH
End client: Togetherworks
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Detailed understanding on Project scope, code/design review process & release process
2. Identify any risks in execution and propose the mitigation plan to resolve it
3. Ensure Development Progress on Track
4. Work with a team and publish project plans & monitor the progress
5. Workforce Planning which includes identification of skill gaps & assign owners to groom them
6. Work with the Product Owner to have stories defined properly
7. Follow-up on any pending design decisions with customer, architects or internally during the design/development phase
8. Groom team and track accountability
9. Schedule & Run weekly design review with architects
10. Publish weekly & monthly delivery report
11. Awareness on Technology Landscape & support in new resource onboarding
12. Schedule and run scrum ceremonies
13. Own & Resolve any infrastructure impediment
14. Periodic progress update to Relevantz & Client
15. Timesheet & Leave Approval of Team
