JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global's parking facility management client is looking to bring a Parking Enforcement Liaison to their team in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact between the client and the team stationed in Des Moines.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a visible presence across properties
  • Assist drivers with payment and real-time troubleshooting
  • Perform enforcement actions, tickets, and coordinate tows when needed

MUST HAVES:

  • Experience in a management role in retail or similar experience
  • Valid Driver's License and a reliable personal vehicle
  • iOS or Android cell phone with basic smartphone proficiency
  • Willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions
  • Able to work independently and efficiently

  • Prior experience in a security, enforcement, or parking attendant role
