We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our multidisciplinary medical team. This role is ideal for a legal professional passionate about healthcare operations, compliance, and workforce development. The Paralegal will play a critical role in reviewing contracts and agreements, supporting HR-related documentation and investigations, and ensuring regulatory alignment across our healthcare programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and revise contracts, vendor agreements, and service-level arrangements
  • Support HR investigations, disciplinary documentation, and policy enforcement
  • Assist with credentialing, employment agreements, and onboarding compliance
  • Maintain organized records of legal and HR documentation for audits and reporting
  • Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure timely legal reviews
  • Monitor regulatory changes impacting healthcare operations and employment practices
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and compliance protocols
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract review and HR support, preferably in healthcare or public sector settings
