Intern – Customer & Market Intelligence AnalyticsIn the Global Luxury Consumer & Marketing Insights department, you will work with our international teams to support both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making, with a strong focus on data engineering and analytics.RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Customer & Market Intelligence Analytics Intern, you will report to the Global Analytics & Strategy Senior Director, working on Premium Fragrances, Skincare & Makeup categories.You will be responsible for:
• Processing and analyzing sell-out data across Fragrance, Make-up, and Skincare categories
• Designing, building, and maintaining data ingestion pipelines using orchestration tools
• Transforming and structuring data using SQL
• Supporting the development of internal analytics tools and data products
• Contributing to the implementation of an AI “Talk to Data” agent to facilitate business insights access

Your main focus:


You will play a key role in structuring and automating data flows, ensuring data reliability and accessibility for business teams. You will contribute to advanced analytics use cases, combining data engineering and analytical thinking to generate actionable insights. You may also support reporting and dashboarding when relevant, though this is not the primary focus of the role.Working for Coty means working for one of the world’s largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, skincare, and body care. YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you are:
➢ A final-year student with a strong technical background (data, engineering, development)
➢ Experienced (internship or academic projects) in data-related topics (data engineering, analytics, or similar)
➢ Comfortable with SQL and data transformation
➢ Familiar with data pipeline concepts and orchestration tools
➢ Tech-oriented, with coding experience (Python or similar is a plus)
➢ Interested in AI use cases, especially “Talk to Data” or conversational analytics
➢ Analytical minded, with the ability to structure problems and extract insights
➢ Rigorous, proactive, and curious
➢ Able to manage multiple topics and work autonomously
