Position Summary
Provide support in the overall program lifecycle for the Company's Enterprise Continuity program. This role will develop plans in support of the Enterprise Continuity program including emergency response processes, business continuity lifecycle management and external partner engagement. Support leadership in improving overall program maturity and measuring progress against industry standards including ISO Standard 22301 - Organizational Resilience. Provide timely reports to direct leadership and senior leaders. Other duties include leading projects, providing Enterprise Continuity training and awareness to the enterprise, and providing support for the Enterprise Response Center and Business Continuity Management functions.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop metrics and data collection procedures to measure program maturity progress. Generate and analyze timely reports to direct leadership and senior leaders.
  • Lead key projects to improve processes and test crisis management and business continuity activities. Keep on top of trends and new methods for improving Enterprise Continuity practices.
  • Support the Enterprise Continuity strategic roadmap. Develop plans in support of the overall program including emergency response processes, business continuity lifecycle management and external partner engagement.
  • Support maintenance of the Enterprise Continuity services catalog and integrating Enterprise Continuity into the Enterprise Security Services digital presence.
  • Provide input on design of existing and new enterprise business continuity and emergency management tools. Work with the Enterprise Response Center and Business Continuity teams to create processes and support ongoing maintenance and communications for the tools.
  • Develop, deliver and evaluate continuity and resilience awareness and training across the organization.
  • Responsible for supporting implementation of Enterprise Response Center and Business Continuity Management initiatives.
  • Responsible for coordinating exercises to align with standards and continuous improvement of recovery activities.
  • Conduct supplier assessments to report to internal business areas and recommend enhancements to the program.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of security experience, focus and expertise in incident and crisis management.
  • Business Continuity professional certification or ability to obtain within one year: Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) Member, Business Continuity Institute (MBCI).
  • Strong understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery concepts.
  • Safety, security, and risk management experience is desirable.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, negotiation and client service skills.
  • Previous business and/or project experience leading complex initiatives.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, and solution orientation and to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including experience in effective communication with executive leadership.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $84,900.00 to $120,566.00 per year
