Overview

Colliers Project Leaders is currently looking for a Commissioning & Energy Project Manager to join our team in Boston, MA.  


We deliver real energy savings in buildings, spaces, and systems that perform optimally and maximize comfort and safety.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Cx/EBCx services through all phases (design, construction, and post-occupancy; planning, investigation, implementation, turnover, and persistence).
  • Manage projects to completion, on-time, within budget, and within scope of work and are able to independently produce reports, summaries, and briefings.
  • Effectively lead communications within a project team and successfully manage multiple clients at once.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read/understand technical materials (i.e. drawings, specs, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills, planning and organizing, decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), facilitation, and team work capabilities.
  • Knowledge of New England area.
  • EIT or PE preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000 per year (depending on qualifications)
