Job description

2KB Energy Services is hiring a full-time Facility Energy Analyst to join our team in Dunwoody, GA. PAY: $45,000–$60,000 annual salary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science, environmental science, or related technical field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in energy, building performance, sustainability, or a closely related field
  • Experience conducting ASHRAE Level 1 or Level 2 energy audits
  • Familiarity with IPMVP and M&V methodologies and savings calculations
  • Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, controls, and energy fundamentals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with at least one of the following: ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, eQuest, RETScreen, ArcGIS, or Power BI, and a willingness to learn others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and draw clear conclusions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% for site visits and client meetings

At least 2 years of industry experience and a current CEM, EIT, LEED, or other certifications related to building energy analysis are preferred.


SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, hybrid position working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Additionally, you'll collaborate on measurement and verification efforts to validate savings and ensure accuracy.
