Job description

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale our Enterprise B2B SaaS and Technical Advisory go-to-market engines. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Intelligence, Revenue Systems, and AI-enabled workflow improvement . Your mission is to deliver reliable business insights, optimize commercial execution, and ensure our revenue systems are accurate, adopted, and consistently used across the organization. You will work closely with the SynaptiQ Revenue Team (Sales Manager and Pre-Sales Engineers), as well as the Sales Managers, Tender Managers, and Operational Leads of our Technical Advisory business. This is more than a CRM administration role. We're looking for a commercially minded RevOps professional who understands how enterprise SaaS and Technical Advisory revenue is generated, measured, forecasted, and improved. You combine strong analytical skills with systems expertise, can challenge poor data quality and processes, and translate commercial KPIs into actionable business insights. Revenue Insights & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, bookings, ARR, forecasts, conversion rates, sales productivity, campaign performance, and customer segmentation. Deliver actionable insights for leadership, identifying revenue trends, pipeline risks, stalled deals, and data quality issues. Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with accurate reporting and recommendations. Sales & Marketing Performance Monitor and analyse the full revenue funnel, from lead generation through renewals. Track key metrics including ARR, NRR, win rates, sales velocity, deal size, sales cycle, CAC, churn, and forecast accuracy. Challenge inconsistencies between CRM data, marketing attribution, pipeline quality, and business performance. Revenue Systems & Data Governance Own day-to-day governance of HubSpot, Monday.com, Power BI, lemlist, and other GTM tools. Ensure CRM data quality, standardized processes, and strong platform adoption. Define and maintain reporting standards, deal stages, lifecycle rules, and attribution logic. Sales Process & GTM Operations Support enterprise sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, MEDDPICC, POC tracking, and account planning. Standardize pipeline reviews, forecast calls, campaign follow-up, and management reporting. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align processes, data, and reporting. Provide ad hoc analysis on territories, segmentation, capacity planning, and GTM performance. AI-Enabled Revenue Operations Identify and implement practical AI use cases to improve reporting, CRM hygiene, workflow automation, and sales productivity. Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, HubSpot AI, Power BI Copilot, Monday AI, and lemlist AI to reduce manual work. Build secure, reusable AI-assisted workflows for reporting, pipeline analysis, account research, forecasting, and executive reporting. Requirements We are looking for a commercially minded , analytical professional who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights. You are structured, proactive, and pragmatic , with a strong eye for detail and a willingness to challenge assumptions when data or processes don't add up. You communicate confidently with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership, and you thrive in a fast-growing, collaborative environment where continuous improvement is valued. Furthermore, we'd like our ideal candidate to have: Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Eligibility to work in Belgium. 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Analytics, or a similar role. Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or another complex B2B commercial environment. A strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and KPIs, including pipeline management, ARR, bookings, renewals, expansion, churn, POCs/pilots, and forecasting. Hands‐on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot. Experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. Experience maintaining CRM data quality, sales process discipline, and reporting accuracy. Bonus points for: Additional language such as French, Dutch or Spanish. Experience with HubSpot, Monday.com, PowerBI, lemlist, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools. SQL, data modelling, or advanced spreadsheet skills. Experience using AI tools to improve reporting, CRM hygiene, sales productivity, or workflow automation. Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, value‐based selling. Experience in renewable energy, asset management, industrial SaaS, or technical B2B environments.
