Job description

Urgent Role 

Role: Endpoint Support Engineer

Duration: 6 months +

Location โ€“ Reston, VA or Plano, TX (3 days a week Tues through Thursday)

Years of experience: Around 10 years

 

Experience supporting, using technology โ€“ Omnissa Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune
Medium level of knowledge and experience with Apple MacOS Support and Troubleshooting
Provide end-user support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
Strong troubleshooting methodology skills
Must be able to document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
Experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations preferred
Excellent documentation, writing skills
Experience with ServiceNow desired
