You will work with both technical and business stakeholders to understand identity challenges, demonstrate Palo Alto Networks solutions, and support the design of practical identity architectures.

  • Understanding of enterprise environments that include directories, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, authentication flows, or directory services
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools such as Postman or similar
  • Comfortable working with command-line tools and basic scripting when troubleshooting integrations or testing APIs
  • Exposure to major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Communication and Collaboration
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and business audiences
  • Comfortable presenting and leading discussions with engineers and IT stakeholders
  • Able to connect technology capabilities to real customer challenges
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge and support teammates
