Job description

**ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED**

Protect the Mission. Defend the Edge.

D2 Technical Services is looking for a Senior Endpoint Security Engineer who's ready to do work that actually matters. You'll be embedded with our team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) - one of the Intelligence Community's most critical GEOINT missions. This is a long-term, stable contract meaning you get the stability of a large program with the agility of a specialized team.

If you're the kind of engineer who takes pride in building airtight security architectures, staying ahead of threats, and owning enterprise-level endpoint solutions - this role was built for you.

What You'll Own

You won't be a cog in a machine here. You'll be a key voice in shaping how endpoint security is designed, deployed, and sustained across a large-scale enterprise environment:

  • Architect and enforce security configurations that protect networks, devices, and data from real-world threats
  • Lead engineering and sustainment of enterprise Trellix endpoint security solutions (ENS, DLP, Policy Auditor, FIM, Application Whitelisting)
  • Drive security infrastructure from design through implementation - including system configuration, standards documentation, and policy management
  • Partner directly with software vendors and the customer to research and roll out enterprise-wide security enhancements
  • Own incident investigation and reporting, and lead the charge on corrective action
  • Advise senior leadership and customers with clear, actionable status reports and security assessments

What You Bring

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance - must be current; polygraph required post-hire
  • DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification - current
  • CSSP Infrastructure Support cert (CEH, CySA+, or similar) - or ability to obtain within 120 days
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field + 5 years of hands-on experience
  • Solid expertise administering applications in Windows enterprise environments
  • Proven experience with Trellix product suite in large-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with DoD Architecture Framework and enterprise network strategic planning
  • Comfortable briefing senior stakeholders and translating technical complexity into clear guidance

Why D2?

Ready to defend what matters most? Apply today.
