Key Responsibilities
1. Device Deployment & Imaging
• Perform imaging of new laptops using standardized enterprise images provided by the client.
• Build and configure devices from the designated staging location (Port of Miami).
• Ensure all devices are compliant with organizational security standards through Intune enrollment.

2. Device Lifecycle Management
• Coordinate distribution of new devices and collection of legacy devices.
• Ensure successful execution of end-user device refresh lifecycle covering:
o Asset assignment
o Device activation
o Decommissioning of old hardware
• Maintain accurate tracking of all devices through ServiceNow asset management.

3. User Data Migration & Support
• Guide users to back up data to OneDrive prior to transition.
• Provide documentation and instructions to ensure smooth migration of files/settings.
• Troubleshoot post-deployment issues, including application setup and device access.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure users are fully operational.

4. Logistics & Coordination
• Coordinate shipping of devices to remote users via FedEx and track deliveries.
• Manage scheduling for delivery/returns:
o Remote users via scheduling tools
o Onsite users via designated pickup locations
• Validate user eligibility through ServiceNow and Azure prior to deployment.

5. Asset & Inventory Management
• Update asset records at every lifecycle stage:
o Shipment
o Delivery
o Assignment
o Return
• Maintain tracking numbers and audit trails in ServiceNow.

6. Stakeholder & Governance Support
• Work closely with project stakeholders (Engagement Manager, SMEs, client teams).
• Follow defined governance and reporting structures.
• Ensure adherence to agreed service windows and delivery timelines.

Work Environment & Coverage
• Locations: Miami-area sites including Port of Miami, Miramar, Weston, FIU, Tech Hub, and Biscayne.
• Service Window: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
• Support Model: Combination of onsite and remote user support.

o Windows & Mac OS device setup and configuration
o Imaging and endpoint deployment tools
