โ€ข Provided all desktop, laptop, printer, and proprietary software support and administrative functions to support desktop user issues.
โ€ข Remote support & troubleshooting of end user issues

โ€ข Zscaler troubleshooting
โ€ข The Engineer is responsible for managing and support end-end Remote Desktop related activities.
