Job Overview  

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Senior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to define and deliver the strategy, architecture, and transformation of the enterprise end-user computing environment. This role is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operations team in Sunnyvale and focuses on hands-on platform engineering โ€” not architecture design alone. The ideal candidate is an SME with deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

Key Responsibilities  
  • Drive UEM migration programs (SCCM โ†’ Intune / modern management)
  • Architect and govern endpoint platforms: Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and JAMF
  • Manage application packaging, deployment, OS builds, patch management, and device compliance baselines
  • Enable automation through PowerShell, Graph API, and orchestration frameworks
  • Integrate Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and endpoint security (Defender, EDR/XDR)
  • Partner with Identity and Security teams for IAM integration (Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO)
  • Drive digital employee experience (DEX) improvements through analytics and automation
  • Establish KPIs for device health, user experience, patch compliance, and service performance
Required Skills  
  • Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune (L3/hands-on SME required), SCCM / Configuration Manager, co-management scenarios
  • macOS / Mobile: JAMF or equivalent macOS management (L1/L2, X-X years)
  • Application Packaging: Hands-on packaging and deployment experience (mandatory)
  • VDI/DaaS: Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, VMware Horizon
  • Identity: Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO
  • Automation: PowerShell, Graph API
  • Security: Zero Trust, Microsoft Defender, EDR/XDR integration
Preferred Skills  
  • Windows Autopilot / zero-touch provisioning experience
  • Digital workplace and DEX analytics tooling
  • Experience in enterprise-scale EUC transformation programs
Location & Work Model
