What is an end of studies internship?

An end of studies internship is a practical work experience completed by students, usually at the end of their academic program, to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their studies. This internship is often a graduation requirement and allows students to gain hands-on experience in their chosen field, develop professional networks, and improve their employability. The duration and structure of the internship can vary depending on the educational institution and the employer.

What kinds of projects or responsibilities can I expect during an end of studies internship, and how do these contribute to my professional development?

During an End Of Studies Internship, you will typically be assigned to a project that aligns with both your academic background and the company's current needs. These projects often involve real-world problem-solving, research, or process improvement tasks that allow you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. You'll likely collaborate closely with experienced team members, receive mentorship, and participate in regular meetings to track progress. This hands-on experience not only enhances your technical and soft skills but also provides valuable exposure to professional workflows, improving your employability after graduation.
