We are currently seeking an Activities Ambassador to join our team to support Encore Resort! Our job as Activities Ambassador is to provide our guests those lasting family memories that they cherish for a lifetime and wanting to comeback for more. Our Ambassadors have to be able to adapt, be flexible and empathetic through their day as challenges appear. We must be able to work outside under all conditions from rain, lightning to cold and hot temperatures. We are the hosts of everything fun and we will be out in front of large crowds along with VIPS at any given moment.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for organizing and hosting the daily activities as listed in the monthly activity calendar.
  • Responsible for welcoming and assisting guests as they enter into the park or Hang Ten Children's Play room.
  • Responsible for following policies and procedures as set forth to ensure guest/member access, safety, and enjoyment for all guests/members.
  • Responsible for ensuring all inventory needs are met.
  • Must be able to conduct cash handling and point of sale at Sundries Retail.
  • Responsible for dispatching guests down slides.
  • Be a team leader and lead by example, because it is important to inspire motivation and anticipation in all team members.
  • It will be the responsibility of the Activity Host to maintain effective lines of communication between all team members in regards to club operations and issues relating to the guests/members.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 1 years experience in recreational hospitality, Cruise Ships, Summer Camps and or DJ
  • Must be able to pass CPR/First Aid certifications within in timely manner
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to move quickly and adjust strategies based on trends
