Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time surveillance investigator to join our Surveillance team, conducting investigations in both domestic and corporate cases. Investigator will report to our Charlotte Case Manager and will work varying cases that require them to work both independently as well as in teams of two or more. A flexible schedule is the nature of the business with the ability to work varied and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Good report writing skills are necessary as well as attention to detail. Candidates must be diligent, quick thinkers, and easy to adapt in all types of situations. Hourly wages are negotiable based on level of experience. Work hours vary based on client needs.

**Open to both full and part time candidates**

Basic Qualifications

  • Prior investigative experience a plus but not necessary for someone who is willing to take direction and learn the trade
  • Must reside in, or within close proximity to, Mecklenburg County
  • Ability to successfully obtain an NC Private Investigators license (clean record)
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have flexible schedule with availability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Reliable vehicle that is not highly visible
  • Some travel required
