Job description

The LEO Infrastructure Finance team is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support business and finance teams, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role will encompass core financial planning cycles including Month-End Close, Quarterly Guidance forecasts, and Annual Operating Plans as well as ongoing controllership. This is a highly visible role within the LEO Infrastructure business team and a strong opportunity for candidates seeking a meaningful challenge and a place to make their mark.

Key stakeholders include LEO central FP&A, business finance, accounting, and business operations teams.
The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. This role requires a self-starter who can work efficiently and autonomously, think and act both strategically and tactically, and manage multiple competing priorities with confidence. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining measures of business effectiveness, building innovative solutions leveraging large-scale data tools, and identifying high-priority opportunities to deliver value for key stakeholders


Key job responsibilities
- Lead month end, quarterly, annual operating financial planning working cross functionally with various teams, including business finance, accounting, and business operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes, implement best practices and deliver automation throughout month-end close and financial planning cycles.
- Analyze complex financial data and provide accurate and timely reports to key stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Support the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Deliver detailed variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities, and effectively communicate results to senior leadership in order to influence tactical and strategic business decisions.
- Develop financial models for new business concepts and resulting financial impact to help drive data driven decision making.
- Work with big data and transforming it into insights and information.
- Participate in Finance initiatives, including but not limited to process improvements, ad hoc analyses, and preparation of periodic reporting activities.
