• Board Certified - Required

• BLS/ACLS/ATLS Certified - Required

• VA License - Required; no IMLC candidates

• Provider MUST have clean files to be considered

Dates needed: 1 week per month

Type of practice: 50% Adult, 50% Geriatric

Practice description: 100% inpatient

Average stay of patient: varies 2-4 days

Nights per week: 7

Weekends per month: 1

Number of patients seen on rounds: 15-25
