What is an employee?

Employees are individuals who work for an organization or company in exchange for compensation, usually in the form of wages or salary. They perform specific duties and responsibilities as outlined in their job descriptions and are typically subject to the direction and control of their employer. Employees are entitled to certain rights and benefits, which may include health insurance, paid time off, and protections under labor laws. This approach not only helps achieve company objectives but also provides employees with broader insights into how the organization operates, fostering professional growth and a stronger sense of teamwork.
