3LS is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Employee Relations Manager. As part of the Omni Family of Services, 3LS, Inc. provides administration services and support, including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll & Marketing to the Omni Family of Services as well as external companies. We are 100% employee owned and we are as dedicated to supporting our team members as we are to the clients we serve.

As the Employee Relations Manager, you would be responsible for supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources & Payroll in the coordination of all HR-related employee relations processes and procedures.
