3LS is looking for a trauma-competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as an Employee Relations Manager.

About the Role

The Employee Relations Manager is critical to achieving this focus. In this role, you would be responsible for supporting the Director in the coordination of all HR-related employee relations processes and procedures.
