Manager, HR Business Partner

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across North America by delivering strategic and operational HR solutions. This role partners with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and change initiatives while collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
  • Support organizational change and talent initiatives.
  • Drive succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Manage employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Use HR analytics to support business decisions and identify trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

ABOUT YOU

You are a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships, balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and enjoys helping leaders and teams succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience supporting organizational change, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Life sciences, biotech, pharma, or medical device experience.

WHAT WE OFFER

The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $106,000 - $146,000/yr. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
