Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Shift 1)

Position Summary

The Human Resources Manager oversees employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws. This role also provides leadership, coaching, and strategic HR support to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
  • Manage HR Administrators and Generalists.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Advise managers on employee performance, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
  • Support training programs, new hire orientation, and compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct HR audits, plant tours, and maintain employee records.
  • Handle unemployment claims and assist with legal and compliance matters.
  • Present HR updates during company meetings.
  • Recommend hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Support additional HR initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Human Resources experience, including recruiting and employee relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
