Overview

The Employee Relations Specialist will develop recommendations and provide consultation services on sensitive Federal civilian employee relations matters.

Note** This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop expert-level strategic approach and recommendations and consultation on highly complex and sensitive Federal civilian employee relations matters
  • EEO, MSPB, adverse actions, settlements, and administrative investigations
  • Develop and implement Federal employee relations policies, consultation with legal adviser, i.e.General counsel, solicitor.
  • Interpret and apply 5 CFR 752 and 5 CFR 432
  • Research and development of employee relations related policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience on Federal civilian employee relations matters
  • 3-5 years of EEO, MSPB, adverse actions, settlements, and administrative investigations 
  • Experience with 5 CFR 752 and 5 CFR 432
  • Public Trust Clearance
