Responsibilities
If you're someone who believes that personalized, evidence-based mental health care can change lives, this role was built for you. As a Therapist at Health Connect America, you'll provide high-quality therapeutic services, supporting clients' mental health and well-being while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
What You'll Do
As a Therapist, you'll deliver clinical care, develop treatment plans, and support clients in achieving their goals. Day to day, you can expect to:
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and treatment teams
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions to address mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders
  • Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and provide crisis intervention when necessary
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes per company and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in treatment meetings to ensure holistic, coordinated care
  • Connect clients and families with additional resources and support services to address broader needs
  • Participate in outreach and community engagement to promote services and attract new clients

This role is dynamic and client-focused, requiring clinical skill, strong communication, and organizational abilities. You'll work directly with individuals and families, balancing direct care, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.
Licensed clinicians must adhere to regulatory and organizational standards, maintain accurate documentation, and stay current with best practices and professional development.

You'll ensure all services comply with Health Connect America policies, state regulations, and professional standards. Through evidence-based care, timely documentation, and client-centered collaboration, you'll help maintain high-quality mental health services that support positive outcomes for individuals and families.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates who bring a genuine commitment to children and families and meet the following qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field
  • Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LPCA, LCSWA, LMFTA or LCASA.
