A day in the life. As our Client Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you will shape marketing strategies for client renewals and deliver precise, client-facing materials. You will leverage your expertise in funding contracts and carrier reporting systems, while collaborating closely with the Client Executive to provide insightful analysis and negotiate tailored benefits coverage.

Our future colleague. We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, insurance or communications or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years' insurance industry experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of benefits insurance coverage

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • KS/MO Life and Health License
  • Driver's license and proper insurance
  • 5+ years' experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of BenefitPoint / ImageRight / Applied Epic is a bonus
