This role is responsible for supporting the design and execution of Global leadership and employee development portfolios, including succession planning, mentoring, coaching, assessment, team effectiveness initiatives, supporting the execution of solutions that foster employee growth and career progression. It contributes organizing data, frameworks, governance and rituals that address talent risks and workforce readiness. The position also support the implementation of mitigation actions to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline.
The role partners with Talent leaders and specialists, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions that build critical capabilities and reinforce desired behaviors across both professional and leadership levels.

What will you do?

Employee Development: drive execution of employee development frameworks, programs, and policies (e.g., job rotations, mentoring, coaching, assessments), ensuring consistent application, and monitoring metrics. Coordinate external vendors and monitor the talent development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and program impact.

Leadership Development: Support the implementation of leadership development frameworks across leadership populations, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and insights-driven analysis. Contribute to the preparation of executive-level talent materials (e.g., ELT, GG15+), with strong attention to detail, organization, and reporting of key metrics.

Consultation/Partnership: Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to deliver talent development solutions aligned with TM policies and business needs. Provide guidance on development planning and readiness, applying subject matter expertise with a consultative and pragmatic approach. Facilitate and support talent and development discussions to ensure alignment and consistency of talent data across functions and regions. Collaborate with Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Programs, and Culture & Learning teams to deliver integrated, end-to-end talent solutions.

What will you need:

  • A Bachelors in Business, Human Resources, or Related Field

  • 7+ years in related experience

  • Confidentiality, collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, agility, stakeholder alignment, data analytics and talent metrics, talent management practices, influence without authority, ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance; continuous learning mindset

  • Preferred: Project management and execution; work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Proficient in excel, HR systems and tools, AI digital learning solutions or other tools able to optimize manual work.
