Job Summary
The Business Development Manager for South Florida is seasoned, dynamic and self-driven with general knowledge of physical security solutions and the Security Industry and has strong, established relationships in South Florida . 
 
He/she would be responsible for expanding our company customer base and strengthening our presence in South Florida, while assimilating and communicating our company’s culture and philosophy. 
Job Responsibilities 
  • Generate new sales leads by identifying potential clients and understanding their needs.
  • Collaborate with our technical team conveying the client’s needs and expectations, to allow our Engineering Department to design the proper solutions. 
  • Deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with the clients.
  • Maintain on-going contact to foster lasting relationships. 
  • Stay current with technology, industry and market trends and competitors’ activities.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings.
  • Provide regular reports.
Job Requirements
  • General knowledge of physical security solutions and the Security Industry and strong, established relationships in South Florida . 
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driver's license and clean record.
