Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Lone Star Turbo is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution. This role works closely with the VP of Marketing and plays a key role in digital marketing, content creation, trade show coordination, and brand support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to grow within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations

  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across email, digital, and social channels
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations

Content Creation & Brand Support

  • Create and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates
  • Write and publish blog content aligned with SEO strategy
  • Support development of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, and graphics
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Digital Marketing (SEO & Paid Ads)

  • Assist in managing and optimizing SEO strategy, including keyword research and on-page updates
  • Support Google Ads campaigns, including monitoring performance and making optimizations
  • Analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics

Trade Show & Event Coordination

  • Own trade show logistics including shipping, booth setup coordination, vendor communication, and timelines
  • Manage marketing materials, promotional items, and booth readiness
  • Support pre-show and post-show marketing efforts (email campaigns, follow-ups, lead tracking)

Market Research & Strategic Support

  • Support the VP of Marketing in executing strategic initiatives

General Coordination

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep tasks organized and moving forward
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and engineering
  • Handle administrative and coordination tasks required to keep marketing operations running efficiently

Skills and Qualifications (Required)

·         1+ years professional administrator in similar field

·         An accredited degree in Marketing or Business Management

  • Proven experience with relevant administrative processes and Event planning
  • Highly Organized: Demonstrates strong organizational skills in all tasks.
  • Detail-Oriented: Pays attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all work.
  • Reliable: Consistently follows up on tasks and meets deadlines.
  • Strong Communicator: Works effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computers, Excel (ability to generate and interpret reports), AI, SharePoint, CRM, Research Capabilities, and other relevant software.
  • Communicative: Able to make phone calls and communicate effectively with team members and external parties.
