What You'll Do:

  • Perform vehicle emissions testing in accordance with DMV Emissions Standards.

  • Assist customers with DMV services, selling and gathering the necessary documents for processing.

  • Handle cash and process credit card transactions smoothly.

  • Maintain a clean and organized shop to create a welcoming environment.

  • Act as a liaison between DMV representatives and customers to ensure efficient service.

  • Troubleshoot and audit DMV paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DMV requirements.

  • Coordinate with your team to meet deadlines and continuously improve processes.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure an excellent customer experience.
