The Bar Helper works behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by bartenders and beverage servers.

  • High school diploma or GED is required. 
  • Must possess speed, friendliness and accuracy of service. 
  • Must keep areas of responsibility neat and clean at all times. 
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. 
  • Must possess excellent customer service/communication skills.  
  • Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to maintain a neat, professional, well-groomed appearance and uphold company appearance/dress standards.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: 

  • Must be able to maneuver to all areas of Emeril's Kitchen. 
  • Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds. 
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned area. 
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. 
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. 
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

GAMING PERMIT: N/A

  • Performs the service of replenishing stock and all cleaning required behind the bar. 
  • Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station. 
  • Obtains replacement stock from the dispensing room and/or warehouse in accordance with established procedures, maintains cleanliness and order on assigned station, assists the bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests' special requests, and during busy times, icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks. 
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. 
  • Demonstrates Caesars Spotlight 5 behaviors: Initiates Friendly Greeting, Smiles and Makes Eye Contact, Demonstrates Upbeat and Positive Attitude, Checks for Satisfaction, Provides a Warm Farewell.
