Overview

Apogee Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Emerging Technology Integration Leadย ready to support government-led prototyping and assessment of emerging technologies and help plan and facilitate NASIC Technology Forums. Provides technical analysis and integration support under the guidance of senior engineering staff.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and concepts relevant to NASIC missions.
  • Support government-led prototype planning, integration, and technical assessments.
  • Help analyze operational viability, risks, and benefits of candidate technologies.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and documenting NASIC Technology Forums.
  • Contribute to technical reports and the Emerging Technology Posture Report, summarizing investigations and findings.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers, analysts, and government leads to align emerging technology efforts with mission needs.
Qualifications

Minimumย Experience:

Citizenship:ย Must be a US citizenย Clearance:ย Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearanceEducation / Years of Experience:

  • 8+ years experience, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field,ย with at least two (2) years' related experience.
  • Containerization technologies (Kubernetes), application refactoring and modernization, and requirements developmentย 
  • Experience (academic, research, or professional) with emerging technologies, R&D, or systems integration.
  • Ability to analyze technical information and summarize findings in clear written form.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to IA/AI/ML, advanced analytics, or automation technologies.
  • Experience supporting innovation, experimentation, or rapid prototyping activities.
  • Familiarity with NASIC or similar intelligence organizations.
