Registered Nurse-Emergency Room

Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona

Pay Rate: $ 2,400 to $ 2,628/Week ,73/hr

Contract: 16 Weeks

Positions:  2 Available

Schedule: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Emergency Room Nursing Experience Required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 16-week contract opportunity in Fort Defiance, Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment while rotating through multiple emergency care areas, including the Main ED, Fast Track, Observation Unit, Triage, and other patient care assignments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of varying acuity levels.

  • Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, medication administration, and emergency interventions.

  • Rotate through Main ED, Fast Track, Observation Unit, Triage, and other assigned emergency care areas.

  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.

  • Maintain accurate documentation using RPMS EMR while adhering to emergency department protocols and patient safety standards.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License required.

  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required.

  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS ,TNCC certifications required.

  • Must obtain Conscious Sedation Certification after confirmation.

  • Must be flexible to work varying shifts, float to qualified departments, and provide holiday coverage as required.
