If youโ€™re confident with a fusion splicer in your hands and can document work like a pro, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

ยท Perform fusion and mechanical splicing of fiber optic cables with a high degree of accuracy.

ยท Conduct OTDR, light source/power meter, and live fiber testing to verify continuity and quality of splices.

ยท Read and interpret splice schematics and fiber assignments.

ยท Maintain detailed and accurate splice documentation, test results, and daily production logs.

ยท Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting network performance during both scheduled and emergency work.

ยท Work safely and efficiently in underground, aerial, and indoor environments.
