The work environment can be fast-paced and requires adaptability, especially when responding to emergency situations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a restoration company role, and why are they important?

To thrive in a restoration company role, you need knowledge of construction techniques, water and fire damage remediation, and relevant safety standards, often supported by IICRC or similar certifications. These skills ensure restoration projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards, supporting client satisfaction and business reputation.
