GS-13 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Planning and scheduling work to be accomplished and coordinate work of employees; program management of a project portfolio(s), devising strategies to realize defined program objectives to achieve programmatic goals; AND direct the development, preparation, and submission of programs and program data for budgetary proposals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
