Technical/Functional Skills :  Implementation, Infrastructure Support & Data Center migration


Five years or more, working in a support and administrative capacity, responsible for a major IT infrastructure technology asset, such as operating system or hardware. 


Has consistently demonstrated and applied analytical skills and problem solving skills. 

Experience working in a support capacity within IT infrastructure, working and communicating with various team members and other teams, in a collaborative environment. 

Experience with producing quality detailed documentation on work undertaken and activities planned. 

Experience working in an environment where controls are in place, including familiarity with change control process, SDLC, and standard operating procedures, and familiarity with project management cycles. 

Five years or more of experience with installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of SAN storage arrays, preferably EMC based technology such as Clariion, Celerra, and Centera. 

Seasoned in storage configuration, including logical configuration of storage, LUN configuration and volume presentation, and RAID schemes. 

Experience with complementary fabric technology such as Brocade and Cisco MDS switches or equivalent is desired. 

Three years or more of experience with installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of backup software, for example, Tivoli Storage Manager, ArcServe 

Two or more years of experience with administration of disk based backup technology, including Avamar and DataDomain. 

Experience with converged infrastructure technology such as Cisco UCS and vBLOCK
