Job Description: We are seeking an organized & reliable Screen Press & Embroidery Operator with a friendly demeanor & experience in screen printing. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the production quality.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Screen Printing apparel for clients, set up screens for production, manage work shifts.

Maintain a clean & organized production area.

Follow instructions carefully & complete tasks promptly. Maintain accurate records & files.  

Qualifications

Experience in the clothing & apparel industry, particularly with ad specialty products, screen printing & embroidery, is highly desirable. Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities.

Strong leadership skills & a proactive approach with confidence. Must be honest & reliable. Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently & as part of a team. Attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
