Job Title: Blood Plasma Operator
Location: Green Bay
Reporting to: Variety Supervisor
Hours: 2nd shift 12pm-9pm 
 
Overview:
The Plasma Operator plays a critical role in the fetal blood processing operation, ensuring safe and efficient maintenance of specialized equipment used in plasma separation and fluid handling. This role involves mechanical work, safety compliance, and hands-on involvement with system components in a high-precision environment.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Close valves in tank room following standard operating procedures.
  • Install and replace spray nozzles as needed
  • Maintain and inspect valves, screens, and ensure proper oil levels in pumps.
  • Work in environments with elevated temperatures
  • Handle equipment or materials up to 50lbs
  • Perform Lock out Tag out procedures to ensure equipment is safely de-energized
Experience Required:
  • Machine operator experience preferred
Skills/Abilities Required:
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in hot environments
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working around blood-related products in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with safety procedures, especially LOTO
