HOURS/PAY:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm - Base Pay $18.50/hr


REPORTS TO: Embroidery Supervisor

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

As an Embroidery Operator, you produce high-quality embroidery on a wide variety of products using computerized, multi-head machines in a manufacturing environment.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Program embroidery machines according to the work order.
  • Ensure order accuracy.
  • Sort items/garments by color.
  • Stage, hoop and load products onto embroidery machines.
  • Maintain, set up and run embroidery machines.
  • Finish embroidered products according to the work order.
  • Provide support across production departments as needed.
  • Participate in training and ongoing skill development.

Required education/skills/experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
